18 x 24″ masonite painted in 2004

This painting has been reworked a few times over the years and I believe these sessions have improved the painting. One of the Market’s most characteristic stores, Corner Vegetables, is on Pike Place in the Sanitary Market Building at the entrance to the Market on the short stretch of Pike Place before it makes its 90 degree turn.

There is an opinion out there, not held by everyone, that this is the best painting I’ve ever done.

This image has been selling since 2004 as a full-size 14 x 18 poster, an 8 x 10 poster, and in two of the most popular skinnies.

Corner Vegetables is unframed.
