NC Series 1 #5 Harbor Seals

• One in sleeve, or box of eight.
• Notecards are blank inside, a note about the scene on the back, with envelopes.

Harbor Seals. A group are hauled out to sun on a rocky Salish Sea shoreline. The text reads: Harbor Seals are like puppy dogs of the sea, and indeed, taxonomists used to classify them in the same order as dogs & cats. In the Northwest they may “people-watch,” curiously following hikers along a beach.Like a cat plays with a mouse, Harbor Seals will sometimes play with the fish they have caught. One such seal off Whidbey Island lost it’s meal to a very quick Bald Eagle.
