With all the tragic things going on in the world, it’s important that I don’t sound like I’m complaining.  But it’s been raining here in Seattle.  We’re already over a normal March’s total precip as we reach the halfway point of the month.  This male Common Merganser seemed ok about it in Andrews Bay, Seward Park, Seattle the day before yesterday.
