I’ll teach the seminar on obsessively reworking old paintings

Nov. 11, 2010 Warblers of the West. I’m deep in this re-paint job but questioning it at the same time–appropriate for this Seasonal Affective Disorder time of year. I fret about things like whether the Colima Warbler (third from bottom right) should be facing out of the picture, and how to bring the overall color balance into compliance without overhyping how colorful these birds are.
