Pike Place Daytables. People are amazed at the prices of the flowers on the daytables. Flowers are one agricultural product that apparently can be grown quite successfully in the dry Northwest summers without any need for irrigation. Daytable farmers must grow their own product and set up and take down every day. Daytablers are known for doing a brisk business during the day, and notice one vase is empty. In second printing as of 10-2009.
