  • I remastered the print of this painting from 1989 based on a Kenai scene to take advantage of the changes that have happened since then in color reproduction and printing.  It’s my belief that young people these days do not want printing done before the digital divide. Why would they? As the creator I had very little control over the color separation process in those days. The guys–definitely mostly guys in my experience back then–were artists in their own right and did great work but it was very difficult and very expensive to correct anything that came out wrong.
