This poster, which resulted from a collaboration with what was formerly Precision Offset Litho of Leesport, PA, is a large and beautiful exposition of shade coffee.  Shown are bird species, some US birds and some endemic to South and Central America, that benefit from shade coffee. Text under the title discusses the history of coffee as well as the importance of shade coffee.
