A new print as of July 26 2024. Includes paintings of males (sorry!) of all four Hummingbird species that occur regularly in Washington state.  From left the paintings are: 1) Anna’s Hummingbird in Birch tree, a painting inspired during a snowstorm in Seattle that these Hummingbirds appeared to weather easily   2) A Black-chinned Hummingbird male hovering; 3) A Rufous Hummingbird foraging among Mimulus flowers–a painting inspired after seeing two Rufous Hummingbirds on a hike at Paradise one late summer and 4) a Calliope Hummingbird on a dead twig, inspired by a scene from a hike up Biscuit Ridge in 2023.
